We normally do not comment on individuals unless the individual is a well-known activist or politician in the limelight. Demeke Mekonen was not such a person since he has been serving all three prime ministers and nothing he does seems not to bother him or trigger inner consciousness to force him retire or quit. To be honest with you, we thought when PM Hailemariam resigned he was also going to resign. Now that he is a number one accomplice of the disintegration of the country, we are forced to scribble this short comment and post the loud cries of the Amhara people, The proud people of the Amhara must know the power is in their hand. You can take your vote away from Demeke and his groups and Save Ethiopia!
Ethiopian Defense Minister Opposes Premier's Party Merger Plan Bloomberg - Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed is facing opposition from one of his closest allies in his proposal to merge the ruling coalition into a new party. Defense Minister Lemma Megersa said he disagrees with the rushed merger of political parties, according to an interview with the Voice of America. Lemma said he also opposes Abiy's new philosophy to unite the country, called "Medemer," directly translated as "to add."
Why is the 'Medemer" so-called philosophy detested by many people? Why is Abiy's Nobel win failing him to garner support and love that he desperately wishes?
