Aiga a Monument for a Courage!

Aiga the mountain is home to many of our heroes who died defending the mother country from invaders in the distance past and from shiabya bandits and mercenaries in the recent past. The mountain, splendid and graceful as it is, has been integrated in the vast environmental rehabilitation campaign by the Regional government and the people as you can see from the picture! Kudos to the Tigrai government and Kudos to the historic people of Irob! Can't wait to see the lavish greenery covering our heroes resting place! What a sight it will be in few years time!

Our heroes who fell down climbing this majestic mountain to dislodge Shaibya will surely appreciate we have not forgotten them! They died saying out loud... "over my dead body will Shaibya rule my people...!" It seems the living generation is saying over your dead body Sahibya will neither rule nor harass our people! Instead over your dead body trees of hope and the trees of tomorrow will grow so that you will live for ever! (Aigaforum Nov 16, 2012)
