Have you heard Dr. Birhanu go bonkers on April 27, 2009 on an interview with VOA? He is losing it and is in desperado. You can feel his voice quivering with anger. Is Dr. Birhanu a leader or an angry loser and using the name of the Ethiopian people to fume his anger about who knows what? I wonder when his lunacy will stop.
Dr. Birhanu had a dream. His dream was to usurp power by any means. His drive is his ego and if you listen carefully, Dr. Birhanu doesn't talk about democracy. Pay attention and you will hear him point to PM Meles or Bereket Simon. His beef is power, and he is unrelentingly telling us he, Dr. Birhanu Nega with his Ginbot 7, is the only one that will bring progress, development and democracy to Ethiopia. There has never been an unintentional slippage of words in regards to alleviating the country from poverty. He claims to adhere to getting power by any means. To him to stand with the hard working farmers and the pastorals is to cave in to individuals. The great majority of the people mean nothing to him.
He admits to establishing his Gibot 7, an
organization that adheres to criminal use of force. He admits his frenzy
action and invites us the Diaspora to give him our hard earned money a
minimum of $500 to throne himself to power. He admits to espousing the
ousting of the Ethiopian government by any means. What a
nut openly recriminating himself to go to the extent of
hiring mercenaries to plot and disrupt the peace of the capital city. .
The irony of it is that Dr. Birhanu is dictating these actions from the luxury
of his home cuddled with his wife and kids. For those that live back in
Ethiopia they are supposed to lose their lives to bring an ego maniac to
power. What an irony.
Dr. Birhanu has no idea what it takes to create, build and consolidate institutions of Democracy. He has abandoned the democratic principle and aligned himself with forces of destruction.
He has no sense of love or sympathy to his people and doesn't care at all if lives are lost. We saw that in 2005, when he instigated and propagated for street violence, while he hid in the bosom of Anna Gomez to spare his life.
How shallow could Dr. Birhanu be so shallow and so empty that in this day and age he is working daily to higher mercenaries and disrupt the peace in the country? He is cognizant that today Ethiopian Diasporas are flooding the country and going back to their country of birth to serve in their profession. The unconditional commitment of all Ethiopians simply aggravates and drives him crazy.
What country will harbor such an infantile, closed minded individual? If it is up to Birhanu he will solicit the help of Al Queda to do criminal work by proxy. Nothing will stop him from creating havoc in the country. Listen to his interview with VOA and BBC. He is nervous, restless and agitated because he was caught red handed.
I applaud the meticulous and professional work of our Ethiopian security forces. Action is required by all peace loving Ethiopians to condemn the act of terror spearheaded by Ginbot 7.
