An Online Memorial Service in Honor of our Fallen Heroes and Heroines
Geza Tegaru Pal Talk discussion forum in joining hands with grieving families, friends and comrades of our irreplaceable fallen heroes and heroine is organizing on Saturday 1st October 2011 an online memorial service. The service will take place from 10am to 2 pm eastern time.
We have invited former TPLF fighters, friends and family members of our fallen heroes and heroine to join the service. The online memorial service, while sharing our grief and sadness will also recall the history they changed the heroic achievement they made possible for all to enjoy!!

Conference: Collaborative Investing by the Ethiopian Diaspora in the U.S.
Washington, D.C., September 21, 2011– The very large and increasingly successfully Ethiopian Diaspora in the U.S. sent about $1.0 billion in 2010 to their families and friends back home, mostly to cover daily expenditures. By contrast, their investment remittances were relatively smaller than the expenditure remittances despite wide ranging investment opportunities in the country.

Engineer Tilahun shared his vision behind a proposed plan to establish Technology Park in Mekelle. The engineer hopes with the support of Mekelle University and Mekelle Institute of technology (MIT) the project will soon be realized.
