ADDIS ABABA (Reuters) - Ethiopia warned on Saturday it would take "all measures necessary" against Eritrea, in a rare threat of direct action against a neighbour it routinely accuses of supporting rebel groups
"What we are saying is that we will not sit idle and watch Eritrea challenge our sovereignty and our development efforts," foreign ministry spokesman Dina Mufti told Reuters.
The Ethiopian government proclamation number 286/94 required all tax payers to register their businesses with the Ethiopian Custom and Revenue Authority(ECRA) office, submit the business owner’s finger print, and obtain a Tax Identification Number (TIN).

The United Nations agencies working in Ethiopia signed around two billion US dollars grant agreement with the government of Ethiopia.
March 18, 2011-
According to the agreement signed between the two sides yesterday (March 17, 2011), the grant will be disbursed over the coming four years (2012-2015). The grant will be delivered by the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF).
Need we say more on the promising future of our birth country or on our extremists, the likes of "girgir 7 a.k.a Bire and Andy", how detached they are from reality and their campaign to stop grants like the UN type? No we shall not, the news speak volumes on both fronts!
