Dear Ibssa, thanks for trying to explain the constitutional right of Oromia to establish its headquarter in Addis! You said in simple term, it is so because the Oromia constitution say so and that the Ethiopian constitution does not prohibit such action explicitly! Does that mean any thing the constitution does not prohibit can be legal in Ethiopia when it comes to Oromia going forward? What will be your argument against those who argue - if the constitution is ambiguous or not clear it is the Federation House that decides not someone else! Shouldn't Oromia govt ask the federation house to arbitrate on this since federal constitution supersedes regional constitution?
