Israeli Firm's Spyware Used Against Ethiopian Dissidents: Canadian Group
TORONTO/TEL AVIV (Reuters) - Surveillance software from Israeli defense contractor Elbit Systems Ltd was used in an espionage campaign targeting Ethiopian dissidents living outside the East African nation, a Canadian research institute said on Wednesday. With what kind of measuring stick is the likes of Ginbot 7 and its members considered as dissidents? It is amazing how those in the west enjoying a peaceful life due to the power of super computers and intelligent software to stop terrorist activities and impending mayhem are trying to undermine Ethiopia's quest to stop foreign based mercenaries who have sworn in broad day light to use all means necessary to topple its government. It is not fair at all!

There is a strong opinion developing the current Wereda administration zoning may not be conducive to development and may have to change! Besides a plan to engage the youth there is also a unanimous understanding the need to engage the intelligentsia and professional community. Expect a lot of study groups to be establish to tackle the development bottle necks as well as institutional issue hampering good governance. The new team has a lot in its hand including engaging the EPRDF executive team to renew the spirit of the EPRDF and the Federal arrangement. Apparently, though TPLF has acknowledged its own contribution to the weakening of the EPRDF and the Federal government, there are still other sister organization(s) that needs to do likewise in earnest!
