There is a New NEB leadership (National Election Board of Ethiopia), some brought by the recommendation of the opposition, they have been to the states, it has convened forum for the ruling party and the Opposition. It has certified Paties which after being born calls for its demise. If you miss these facts it is not your fault. It is obvious that the Ant-government forces masquerading as opposition are getting ready for post election showdown and the NEB is the target to destroy its credibility.
